Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Elegantra Natura Vives! Please read our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To return an item, it must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made a mistake.
  • Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.

Return in Original Packaging

  • Our products are carefully packaged for shipping. To accept a return, the product must be in its original packaging.
  • Without the original packaging, returns cannot be processed.
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping fees unless the return is for a damaged product.

As New Condition

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is unused and in new condition.
  • Items with scratches, stains, damages, or modifications (like drilling) cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  • To start a return, please email our customer support at stayconnectednaturalvibes@gmail.com to get return approval.
  • After approval, we will provide instructions on how to send back your item.

Replacements

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to replace it with the same item, send us an email at stayconnectednaturalvibes@gmail.com and send your item to the Physical address.

Exchanges:

  • If you want to exchange an item, send us an email at stayconnectednaturalvibes@gmail.com. After approval, we will provide instructions on how to send back your item and then you can place a new order for the item you want.
  • If the product is damaged or defective, you can return or exchange it for free.
  • If you wish to exchange for other reasons, a ₹50 exchange fee will apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us right away with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the return is due to a defect or mistake from our side.
  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your Bank account, UPI ID, or Original payment method (no cash refunds).
  • After we inspect your return, you will receive an email notifying approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within a few days.

Delayed Refunds

  • If your refund hasn’t arrived:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company; processing may take time.
    3. Speak to your bank about delays.
    4. If you’ve done this and still don’t see the refund, email us at stayconnectednaturalvibes@gmail.com.

Custom Orders & Additional Services

  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Expenses for custom orders or additional services are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Policy: 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
  • You can also find the tracking information in your account.
  • For some drop-shipped orders, tracking may not be available. If this happens, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Delivery Time

  • Orders usually arrive within 4–7 business days.
